IPBase partners with Binh Thuan Tourism Association to connect the tourism ecosystem using digital technology

Phan Thiet, May 16, 2025 – The thematic workshop “Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence Application – Connecting Sustainable Tourism Ecosystems,” organized by the Binh Thuan Tourism Association in collaboration with the Binh Thuan Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Ho Chi Minh City Informatics Association (HCA), with the main sponsorship of IPBase and the participation of leading technology companies such as Samsung, Hikvision, Alta Media, and Lac Viet, was successfully held in Phan Thiet city, Binh Thuan province. The event brought together over 150 delegates, including technology experts, representatives of tourism businesses, and government agencies.

The workshop served as a forum for in-depth exchange, discussing technological trends such as virtual reality (VR), big data, and artificial intelligence (AI) in building a digital tourism ecosystem, aiming to enhance tourist experience and business competitiveness.

At the workshop, IPBase presented its outstanding solutions:

  • iTVLink – a multimedia platform for smart tourism: enabling tourists to easily search for information, book services, and explore destinations via hotel TV screens.
  • E-commerce and advertising integration: supporting businesses in selling products, tickets, and tours directly to tourists, while using data analytics to optimize business strategies.
